New Delhi, Oct 14: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi with a rose at the Patna airport on Saturday and later went on to urge him to grant central university status to Patna University, which is celebrating 100 years of its establishment this year. However, PM Modi chose to ignore his ‘new’ friend.

“People of Bihar are looking forward to you with much hope. They want you to announce central university status to Patna University and by doing this you’ll be remembered for the next 100 years,” said Nitish Kumar
